Holwood induction course - 1979
Below are a couple of mystery pics, which are the only ones I've found so far from my induction course at Holwood, sometime around September or October 1979. I can't for the life of me remember the names of all the guys in the pics, or even why they're all wearing silly hats (although Pete Wright told me it was because they were fed up being told that oblets were cowboys). I think this was the end of the course or something. If you recognise anyone, drop me a line!
The Land Rover photo's from the 4x4 training course at Brands Hatch, which was led by a trainer from Land Rover. It was stuck so I assume it was being driven by an Oblet.

The guy with the glasses (far left) is John Rooney, who was in Thailand at the same time as me, along with Dave Pring and Harshad Mistry
